1. MOSAIQ® - Elekta (Oncology Electronic Patient Record) - Introduced a digital, paperless workflow solution for pharmacists, nurses and doctors for outpatient clinic preparation and clinical verification of systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACTs), across multiple hospital sites in the UK (Private Sector). This included real-time workflow statuses and paperless prescription dispensing.

2. CMS® - System C (Chemotherapy Management System) - Managed this cutting-edge closed-loop web-based, multilingual clinical software solution for prescribing, scheduling, compounding, and administering chemotherapy. Project managed the implementation of the software and facilitated the digital transformation of cancer chemotherapy processes across NHS hospitals and the Norwegian Health Authority (Southeast region).

3. Bespoke Patient and Prescriber Portals - Implemented an in-house bespoke digital eco-system for streamlining both patient and prescriber activities related to clinical order generation, payment processing, e-pharmacist verification, stock control, quality checks, and dispatching of orders.

4. BD-Cato™ - Beckton-Dickinson - Implemented a state-of-the-art gravimetric and barcoded sterile dose compounding system across 4 hospital sites improving patient safety, streamlining operations, and saving 2.5 FTE in staff costs.

Additionally, we offer expertise in risk management and digital clinical safety, holding clinical safety practitioner qualifications. Our work adheres to DCB 0160 and DCB 0129 standards.
